Pine Needle Pool Will Open On July 4th. Timberland Pool Will Open on July 11th. Pools will rotate being open.

Hello Pine Ridge Estates Residents,
On June 3, 2020 Governor Abbott revised the outdoor pool capacity limit to 50%. Since then your Board of Directors have been cultivating a plan to safely and successfully open your pool facilities while adhering to the state mandate and CDC policies. A pool monitor has been contracted in replacement to the PD Patrol this year. They will monitor the capacity and will sanitize the frequently used surfaces such as the pool furniture, gate handles, and bathrooms. To be able to endure the expense, your social event funding was reallocated this year.

To that end, we are happy to announce that on JULY 4, 2020 the 3120 Pine Needle pool will open. The pools will open in rotation so on July 11, 2020 the 3403 Timberland pool will open and the Pine Needle Pool will be closed. Only one pool will be open at a time due to the expense of the monitor. The Waiver Policy form below must be signed by the residents before using the facilities. The pool monitor will have copies of the Waiver Policy at the pool. Please provide your signed waiver to the pool monitor at the pool or email to SBB Management at c.taylor@sbbmanagement.com or c.chambo@sbbmanagement.com

Pool hours and rules will also change this season due to COVID-19. A pool calendar and the new rules can be seen below. They will also be posted at the pool facilities, on the SBB Go Portal Calendar as well as the Pine Ridge Estates Facebook page.

GENERAL POOL RULES

■ This is a private facility that is open to the homeowners of Pine Ridge Estates and their guests only. Each household may bring up to 4 guests. Residents must accompany their guest. It is the resident’s responsibility to make sure their guests follow the rules.

■ Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Unsupervised children will be asked to leave the pool.
■ You must have a key to enter the pool area. If you do not have a key for your household please contact SBB for a replacement key. Pool keys may not be copied. Do not let those who do not have keys into the fenced pool area. No key…No entry.
■ No running, roughhousing or lewd behavior allowed.
■ No bikes, skateboard, roller blades or scooters allowed in the pool area. These items can be locked up at the designated bike racks located out side the pool area.
■ No abusive behavior, loud radios or excessive noise permitted.
■ No glass permitted in the pool area.
■ No food or drink allowed in the pools.
■ No alcohol beverages allowed in the pool area.
■ No smoking in the pool area.
■ No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
■ Proper swimwear required. Babies and children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper in all pools.

■ No tampering with the pool equipment or safety equipment.
■ Pool furniture is not allowed in the pool.
■ Parking in the pool parking lots is only permitted during the hours the pools are open. Vehicles parked the lots overnight WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.
■ No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. The Association is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
■ In case of an emergency, CALL 911!
